## Executive Value Proposition

**I turn delivery risk into governed platforms and measurable outcomes.**

Enterprises don't struggle for lack of tools or talent — they struggle at the seams, where strategy meets engineering and where the C-suite's understanding of a program diverges from its reality. I close that gap. With 22+ years spanning boardroom governance and hands-on data architecture, I own the whole arc: the steering committee, the semantic model, and the number the business actually cares about.

The value is the rare combination. A strategist who can't read the model gets sold complexity; an engineer who can't read the P&L builds the wrong thing. I do both — which removes the translation layer where cost and risk hide, and is precisely why organizations trust me with programs that cannot afford to slip.

## 2-Minute Introduction

I'm Sriram Anantha Padmanaban, an enterprise technology and AI consultant with more than twenty-two years delivering data platforms, analytics programs, and large-scale transformations across healthcare, retail, and financial services.

My whole career has been spent at the intersection where most programs fail — between what the C-suite intends and what engineering can actually ship. Early on I built the technical foundation: solution and QA engineering, then financial and investment-banking analytics for Barclays and Citicorp. That taught me how regulated, high-stakes reporting really works. I moved into leadership at Manthan, where I built and ran a twelve-person Tableau Center of Excellence and led a major reporting-consolidation program.

The defining chapter was Alshaya. For five years I was the de-facto program manager for the analytics workstream of a $250 million business and IT transformation — replacing ninety percent of legacy systems across more than fifty brands in twenty-plus countries. I delivered a unified Azure data lake, an Oracle analytics-warehouse platform with sixty-plus enterprise reports, governed a portfolio of a hundred-plus projects and four hundred-plus change requests, and chaired the C-suite steering committee. Along the way we automated over a thousand man-hours a month through master-data management and contributed to measurable sales-growth and margin improvement.

Today my focus is healthcare. Through Huduku AI — a HITRUST assessor — and boutiques like Landmark Science and Paramean, I lead HEOR, real-world-evidence, and Medicare and Medicaid payer-analytics engagements on Snowflake, Power BI, and Azure. On one program I rebuilt a legacy 380-measure semantic model into eighty governed, auditable measures across roughly a hundred thousand lives and a million member-months — and caught a denominator-methodology gap that would have skewed utilization reporting. On the myPCT healthcare platform I architected the delivery hierarchy and shipped two modules with zero critical-path slippage.

I'm also a builder — founder of the 2BHAI product studio and the MANAM wellbeing movement — so I stay close to the code, not just the strategy.

What I offer clients is senior judgment that spans both worlds: fractional-CTO leadership, healthcare data-platform architecture, enterprise analytics strategy, and program governance that actually ships. If you have a program that can't afford to slip, that's exactly where I do my best work.

## Why Hire Sriram

**1. Boardroom-to-model fluency.** Few people can chair a C-suite steering committee and then architect the semantic model underneath the numbers. Doing both removes the expensive translation layer between strategy and delivery.

**2. Delivery risk is the product.** Two decades of five-level WBS, RACI, and JIRA governance mean the roadmap ships. On myPCT, two modules landed across two releases with zero critical-path slippage.

**3. Healthcare-grade rigor.** Payer reporting is unforgiving. I validate against source-of-truth tables, catch methodology gaps (like a per-1K-patients vs per-1K-patient-years denominator error), and deliver to HEDIS-adjacent and HITRUST-context standards.

**4. Proven at enterprise scale.** A $250M transformation, 50+ brands, 20+ countries, $30M+ in cumulative governed budgets — this is not theory.

**5. Still a builder.** Founder of an AI product studio; fluent in Next.js, Laravel, Snowflake, and Power BI. The advice is grounded in what it actually takes to ship.

**6. Outcomes, not artifacts.** Success is measured in the business's terms — sales growth, margin, hours automated, licence cost removed — not in decks delivered.

## Pricing Positioning

Premium, outcome-anchored engagements — priced to the risk removed and the decisions enabled, not to hours logged. This is senior, board-level capability delivered directly, without an agency markup or a layer of junior hand-offs.

**Guiding principles**
- **Value-based, not commodity.** Engagements are scoped around a defined outcome (a platform, a migration, a governed model, a de-risked program), with pricing that reflects the seniority and the stakes.
- **Retainer for continuity.** Fractional-CTO and advisory relationships are billed as a monthly retainer for a defined capacity and response commitment.
- **Fixed-scope for defined builds.** A specific platform or analytics build is quoted as a fixed-scope program against a milestone plan.
- **Rescue at a premium.** Delivery-rescue mandates carry a premium reflecting urgency and the concentration of senior effort required to re-baseline.

*Specific rates are shared on enquiry once scope and outcomes are defined. Comfortable across US and EU hours; remote-first with on-site for key milestones.*

## Target Consulting Engagements

**Ideal engagements**
- **Healthcare payer / RWE analytics builds** — Medicare/Medicaid cohort platforms, quality-measure reporting, evidence-generation programs on Snowflake + Power BI.
- **Fractional CTO for founders & scaleups** — especially healthtech and data-intensive products needing senior architecture and delivery judgment without a full-time hire.
- **Enterprise analytics modernization** — consolidating a fragmented data estate into a governed single source of truth with a trusted semantic layer.
- **Delivery rescue** — stalled or over-budget transformation programs that need re-baselining and steady senior leadership.
- **AI enablement (human-centered)** — applied-AI capabilities that augment expert teams while preserving accountability and compliance.
- **Technology due diligence** — architecture and delivery-risk assessment for investors or boards.

**Ideal clients**
- Healthcare payers, providers, and life-sciences / biopharma evidence teams.
- Founders and executives of data- or AI-intensive scaleups.
- Enterprises mid-transformation with analytics or reporting workstreams at risk.
- Investors needing independent technical due diligence.

**Engagement models:** Advisory retainer · Fixed-scope program · Delivery rescue · Fractional CTO · Speaking & advisory board.

**Where I add the most value:** programs that are technically demanding *and* politically complex — where the win requires someone equally comfortable with the data model and the steering committee.
